Family holiday in Le Marche

You can stay with us in one of our modern apartments or a bed & breakfast room. All accommodations have a beautiful view of the green hills of Le Marche. Because the apartments are at the back of the farmhouse, they offer a lot of privacy. The furnishing of the apartments and rooms is basic and fresh by using natural materials.

At the entrance, there is a picnic table where you can have breakfast or enjoy the long Italian evenings.

When you stay in an apartment or b&b room, we will take care of;

Free access to Wifi

For our smallest guests a travel cot or high chair is available on request.

Apartement Fico

Our largest apartment is a spacious and attractive 3-room apartment for 4 to 6 people. The large living room has natural stone floor tiles and a fireplace. In the cosy kitchen you have a view on the medieval town of Ripatransone.

Both bedrooms are located in the oldest part of the house with old stonewalls and wooden beams. The first bedroom is about 18 m2 and has a beautiful view of the Sibilini Mountains. The second bedroom used to be the hay barn, but has now been transformed into a spacious bedroom with bunk beds and a cot.

Apartement Oliva

An attractive and cosy apartment of approximately 35 m2. The beautiful marble floor in the living room with open kitchen creates a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The spacious bedroom has a great view and overlooks the Sibilini Mountains. The two box spring beds have a length of 2.10 metres. On request a cot can be added. The room is therefore also suitable for young families.

Bed & Breakfast Ripa

From the room, you have a beautiful view of the medieval village of Ripatransone. On the spacious balcony you can enjoy the sun during the day and in the evening the lights of the surrounding towns sparkle brightly. Every morning we serve you a fresh breakfast with local and homemade food. Your private balcony is facing south and can be reached through sliding doors. The double room has a comfortable box spring bed (1.60 x 2.10 cm) and on request a cot can be added, so it’s also suitable for young families.

The room has a warm and pleasant atmosphere and has a water boiler, small fridge and ceiling fan.
